Originally interested in architecture, Slavik discovered a passion for structural engineering after working alongside both architects and engineers. Learning how structures work and the engineering behind why they work ultimately led him to pursue a career in BIM.
Today, he enjoys seeing engineering concepts come together in a model and gaining a deeper understanding of the design decisions behind each project. Every project is an opportunity to learn something new, and he finds it rewarding to contribute to buildings that have become part of the communities he serves.
