Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth Academic Building

​In 2025, the Washington School for the Deaf – Divine Academic Building and Hunter Gymnasium received multiple awards recognizing its intentional design and innovative use of mass timber to provide a specialized learning environment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students:

Bates Technical College Center for Allied Health, Tacoma, WA

In 2022, the Bates Technical College Center for Allied Health Education received multiple awards recognizing its exceptional design and construction. This progressive design-build project includes state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, and teaching space for health science programs:

  • ASCE Tacoma-Olympia Section OPAL Award Over $1 Million
  • Associated General Contractors of America Build Washington Awards: Construction Excellence Award, Public Building $20-$50M
  • ENR Northwest Region Best Higher Education/Research
  • ENR Northwest Region Best Projects Award of Merit

Northwest Kidney Center Rainier Beach Clinic physician at hand washing station

​In 2021, the Northwest Kidney Centers Rainier Beach Clinic received multiple awards recognizing the project’s commitment to sustainable, exceptional healthcare design.

Biophilic design strategies woven throughout the clinic create an immersive and restorative environment that encourages patients to comply with their treatment and be at ease when dialyzing. Keeping nature at the core of the design also resulted in a reduced environmental footprint.

In 2025-2026, the Beaverton Shelter received multiple awards recognizing its outstanding interior design. This adaptive reuse project transformed a former retail space into a trauma-informed, safe housing and resource center for adults experiencing homelessness.

  • NWCB Outstanding Projects – Interior Under $1M

Architect: Ink Built Architecture

In 2025, the North Plains Public Works Headquarters was recognized by APWA Oregon with a Project of the Year Award for Disaster or Emergency Response, $5-$25M. Celebrating sustainability and community identity throughout its design, the building reduces its carbon footprint with mass timber, rooftop solar, energy-efficient systems, and EV-ready infrastructure.

In 2024, Siteline received CREDA Washington’s Mixed Use Development of the Year award. This new eight-story mixed-use development in Seattle’s Uptown neighborhood features 214 total apartments, 43 of which are affordably priced, as well as nearly 50,000 SF of office and retail space. The building also hosts a quarter acre of public outdoor space, solar panels on the roof, and electric car charging stations in its 274-stall parking garage.
