Diego Redroban

Project Engineer

Diego earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Columbia University. He brings six years of structural engineering experience working on a variety of projects, including community facilities, affordable housing, and other projects that positively impact the people they serve. Diego discovered his passion for structural engineering while studying concrete design and has enjoyed the challenge and variety that comes with designing structures that support communities. “One of the things I enjoy most about this profession is that no two projects are the same, and a work week is never monotonous.”

Diego enjoys the collaborative nature of structural engineering, from working with clients and project teams to developing thoughtful design solutions. He especially enjoys the technical challenges of design, working through calculations, and finding the best solutions for each unique project. When he’s not running the numbers, Diego enjoys movies, board games, or playing the piano.

“Structural engineering is ultimately a service profession. Whether the project is large or small, our work plays a role in helping people achieve their goals.”
