Since 2011, PCS has continuously partnered with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health on expansions, master planning, and renovations to the St. Joseph Medical Center campus in Tacoma. Our first project, the St. Joseph Medical Office Building (MOB), provides five levels of medical office space with quick access to St. Joseph Hospital and a new parking structure via a sky bridge connecting the facilities. The MOB totals 142,500 square feet of structural steel construction using a state-of-the-art buckling restrained brace, lateral force resisting system.
The newest addition to the campus, the Specialty Care Clinic, will provide state-of-the-art cancer care in a midrise building in downtown Tacoma with easy access to the main hospital campus.
