PCS partnered with the design-build team to replace the seating areas on both Home and Visitor sides of Memorial Stadium along with several small support structures, and design minor renovations to the existing locker rooms. The project also added three ticketing, restroom, and storage buildings, two ticket booths and a covered trash enclosure. PCS worked closely with our design-build partners to navigate permitting with the City of Federal Way, and to find a cost effective solution to problematic fill soils under the visitor side grandstand. The use of pin piling saved time and money.
