This new 12,000 SF, two-story public works facility and emergency operations center includes office space to support over 20 years of growth in community services, a four-bay garage for fleet services and vehicle maintenance, and yard storage for materials and equipment. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) framing helped speed erection and created a beautiful workplace for city employees.
