The modernization and major reconfiguration of this existing school included a new 4,000 SF administration wing addition constructed with exposed CLT bearing on wide flange steel beams and columns, providing a marquee entrance to the school. A 2,500 SF gym addition and a 5,000 SF classroom addition was also constructed. The existing 1979 single-story precast wall with steel open web bar joists was seismically upgraded to current building code requirements.
