Jimmy graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s in civil engineering degree and a passion for all things concrete and timber. “I first learned about structural engineering from a guest lecturer in an Intro to Engineering class. Previously, I didn’t even know it existed, but that one lecture was enough for me to get deeply interested in structures.” When he’s not designing, Jimmy enjoys reading up on history, playing video games, or building scale models while keeping his cat from destroying them. Otherwise, he’ll be out rucking into Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest or at a sword fighting club!
