PCS provided the structural design for this new 4,542 square-foot credit union and financial office building. The masonry exterior is contrasted by the dynamic portico at the entrance, which is constructed with cross-laminated timber (CLT). CLT also adds distinction at the drive-through canopy and interior lobby. The exposed timber ceiling creates warmth and a visual connection from inside to out at the portico, blending with the natural environment. Generous glazing throughout the building promotes an expansive, airy feel. Dropped light fixtures dramatically complement this stunning building.
