This new two-story, 12,000 SF, 50-bed residence hall provides economical housing for students attending Columbia Gorge Community College's campus in The Dalles, Oregon. Along with a new regional skills center, the additions comprise the college's largest expansion since 2008. The residence hall plays a major part in building a strong sense of community on campus and fostering academic success for students in need of affordable housing options. PCS worked closely with the project team to achieve major cost reconciliation necessary to complete the project on a tight budget.
