2008

Situated above the west slope of Pigeon Point, the residence is the first of three exquisitely designed homes that have views of the nearby treetops, the local golf course and West Seattle beyond.  The cantilevered design puts the homeowners in the canopy of the trees, while still providing level access to the front door.  The view side is completely windowed to provide abundant natural light and views to all the living spaces.
