Craig Stauffer

President

Craig’s interest in structural engineering began in his early teens while watching and helping his father build the family home. He was fascinated by the elements and connections, and how they intricately fit and worked together. Today Craig serves as President of PCS Structural Solutions and works to ensure that each project achieves our client’s vision.

Like many principals at PCS, Craig has broad experience. He is best known for his designs of educational facilities. Whether developing framing schemes that allows natural daylighting in local elementary schools or ensuring the vibration performance of science classrooms for regional colleges and universities, Craig’s understanding and passion for the learning environment shows.

Craig resides on Bainbridge Island where he coaches youth baseball and basketball. In recent years, he has taken up cycling, and he rides with his wife every year to raise money to aid in the battle against Multiple Sclerosis.
